Does James A. Kirkland, General Counsel to Trimble Navigation have any Conflicts of Interest in Connection to Covad, or to SpinVox Ltd. that would be of Jim Kirkland's interest to speak out against Lightsquared?
We know that James A. Kirkland, General Counsel to Trimble Navigation used to be the General Counsel at Clearwire and is speaking out to STOP Lightsquared from Competing with Clearwire. However I want to know what connections with Covad, or to SpinVox Ltd. are part of this "conspiracy" to stop Lightsquared?
