 In this case, Deere seeks reconsideration of the Bureau order granting LightSquared a waiver enabling it to operate powerful terrestrial only cellular base stations using its L- Band MSS/ATC spectrum for
terrestrial wireless broadband. In that Order, the Bureau failed to fully consider the devastating
interference that LightSquared's proposed service will likely cause to high-precision location
systems using GPS receivers operating in neighboring spectrum as well as co-channel
interference caused to transmissions in the L-band that are critical to precision location services
such as Deere's StarFire service in widespread use by major agricultural, construction and survey
customers nationwide. "

Does Catherine Wang Counsel for Deere and Company know that Lightsquared, got the proverbial green light from the FCC in 2002, 2003, 2005 and 2010 with an Order from the FCC each time re-affirming the Go Ahead for Lightsquared ?

And that The GPS Council, the Department of Defense, and others signed off each of those years that the FCC gave the Order?  If Catherine Wang Counsel for Deere and Company knows this information then is Catherine Wang Counsel for Deere and Company acting in conspiracy with Vance Coffman, Clay Jones, Craig McCaw, James Kirkland and others to STOP fair competition in the launching of Lightsquared?

Does Catherine Wang Counsel for Deere and Company know that Vance Coffman and Clay Jones have connections to Clearwire Found Craig McCaw and Connections to the Department of Defense and that this presents a major conflict of interest for the FCC to even consider what Deere & Company has to say about GPS Interference?  Add this to the Fact that the most outspoken against Lightsquared is James Kirkland, Trimble Navigations General Counsel and James Kirkland used to be the General Counsel at Clearwire.

I Say that Deere & Company is acting in conspiracy to fraud the government and to fraud shareholders.

Jennifer Warren, Lockheed Martin Speaks out against Lightsquared, gee what a Shock, NOT !!

Lockheed Martin has motive on top of motive to not want Lightsquared to do business.  Rockwell Collins Inc. Clayton M. Jones has connections to Lockheed Martin and to the Department of Defense ... as well as to Unisys that is financially tied to Lockheed Martin and to the Department of Defense.  

Vance Coffman has connections to Lockheed Martin and Both Vance Coffman and Clay Jones are on the Board of Deere and Company, all seeming to act in conspiracy to protect the financial interests of major GPS Companies such as Trimble Navigations and Garmin, as well as their buddy Craig McCaw of Clearwire that needs Lightsquared to NOT get FCC approval in order to STOP a Clearwire Take Over by Sprint, who has a 54% Stake in Clearwire and if given a deal with Lightsquared, SPRINT could easily take over Clearwire.  So it's all hands on deck in what looks to me like an illegal conspiracy to influence the FCC with False Information.

Coalition to Save Our GPS - is the Coalition to Save Our GPS simply to save Billionaires Money and STOP Fair Competition ?

The Coalition to Save Our GPS sure did start a fast and furious "movement" in order to get people worked up and to get Congress, Senators, the FCC, the DOD, the DOT and more to rally behind them and to STOP Lightsquared.

Thing is Lightsquared has a NEW and Seemingly Better way.

The Lightsquared network will be "Terrestrial", another words there will be no dead spots in theory and add this to current possibly deals with Sprint that adds in Alcatel-Lucent Technology , the Cube Antenna and WOW, we may have the future of no Cell Towers and the Current Billionaires invested in Cell Tower... and well those Rallying Behind Clearwire, Craig McCaw don't want to lose their edge in the market place so they are creating a "circle the wagons" in order to get the FCC to STOP Lightsquared - TRUTH is Clearwire, Craig McCaw and his Cronies Clay Jones, Vance Coffman, James Kirkland and more are simply creating smoke and mirrors to stir up chaos to hold on to their own financial empire.

Clay Jones, Rockwell Collins Inc., Unisys Corp. Pulling in Dept. of Defense Favors to Protect Clearwire, Craig McCaw ? ?

Is Clayton M. Jones helping Craig McCaw to Defraud Shareholders?

Is Clayton M. Jones involved in discrediting Lightsquared and does Clayton M. Jones have all the facts or is Clayton M. Jones just regurgitating what Craig McCaw NEEDS said to save Clearwire Corporation and to GET Sprint so that Clearwire Stocks will go Up?  Is this Legal? 

Clay Jones, Rockwell Collins Inc. and on the Board of Directors at Deere and Company whom seem to be very outspoken against Lightsquared... well Clay Jones Unisys Corp. connections seem to tie into Department of Defense Contracts... my Guess is that even though the Dept. of Defense signed documents that gave the green light from the FCC in 2002, 2003, 2005 and 2010 with an Order from the FCC each time re-affirming the Go Ahead, for some reason the DOD decided to speak out against Lightsquared, Why Now? 


I believe that Craig McCaw, in his desperation to "Get Sprint" and "Get Rid Of" Lightsquared, while at the same time saving Clearwire..  got his buddy Clayton Jones to pull some DOD favors and get the Department of Defense to cause a stir about Lightsquared, Philip Falcone in order to save the Financial Interest of Clearwire Corp. and Clearwire Founder Craig McCaw.

Jones connected to at the Department of Defense ? And what favors did Clayton Jones, Rockwell Collins Inc - Unisys Corp pull in to get the DOD to speak out against Lightsquared to protect the financial interests of Clearwire Corporation.

Especially when, surely Clay Jones's DOD connection knows that the Department of Defense signed off on the go ahead for what Lightsquared is doing several times over 9 years and the DOD knows that the GPS industry has known for 9 years with the proverbial green light from the FCC in 2002, 2003, 2005 and 2010 with an Order from the FCC each time re-affirming the Go Ahead. The GPS Council, the Department of Defense, and others signed off each of those years that the FCC gave the Order. So WHO is the DOD connection that Clay Jones seems to be swaying to protect Clearwire, Craig McCaw?

SO Craig McCaw, Clearwire Founder and Clay Jones, Deere and Company Board of Directors Chairman  were both NSTAC Principals? And Deere and Company is very outspoken against lightsquared in favor of financial gain and business growth of Clearwire. 

Also Note that Vance D. Coffman, Lockheed Martin, was the NSTAC Chair at the time and that Vance D. Coffman is also on the board of directors RIGHT NOW at Deere and Company is is actively outspoken against Philip Falcone and Lightsquared. 

Does the Buddy Buddy connection between Craig McCaw, Clearwire Founder and Clay Jones, Deere and Company Board of Directors Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer have anything to do with all the press that Deere and Company is putting out to STOP Lightsquared from doing business in order to Protect the Financial interest of Craig McCaw, Clearwire and to try and STOP Sprint from doing business with Lightsquared as this would directly impact Clearwire Corp. and there by Craig McCaw?

Craig McCaw, Clay Jones, and Vance Coffman being part of the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee Meeting (NSTAC), would surely give them some pretty strong connection now wouldn't it?

Add this to the most outspoken one James Kirkland, General Counsel of Trimble Navigations who used to be the general counsel for Craig McCaw Clearwire Corporation and it looks like an illegal conspiracy to attempt to STOP fair competition by rallying the troops per say and calling in favors 

Craig McCaw, Clearwire seems desperate to stop lightsquared and keeps calling in favors it looks like to me.  As company after company connected to Craig McCaw, Clearwire speaks out against
