So the FCC is supposed to take the word of Andrew D. Moore of the National Agricultural Aviation Association? Is Andrew D. Moore connected Clearwire or any other major financial motive to STOP Lightsquared from doing business?

Does Andrew D. Moore of the National Agricultural Aviation Association know that Lightsquared,  got the proverbial green light from the FCC in 2002, 2003, 2005 and 2010 with an Order from the FCC each time re-affirming the Go Ahead for Lightsquared ? The GPS Council, the Department of Defense, and others signed off each of those years that the FCC gave the Order, Does Andrew Moore know this ? 


Surely Andrew D. Moore of the National Agricultural Aviation Association knows this right, and would not jeopardize his career and assets to be named in a shareholder lawsuit against all those acting in conspiracy to fraud investors out of Billions.


Does Andrew D. Moore of the National Agricultural Aviation Association know that Trimble Navigations has a Conflict of Interest in testing the "GPS Issue", and is no where near a neutral - unbiased GPS Testing Authority.. as Trimble's General Counsel James Kirkland was the General Counsel at Craig McCaw's Clearwire.

James Kirkland is working with Clearwire to try and save Clearwire from a Take Over.  See if Lightsquared does not get FCC approval and Lightsquared loses billions in investor money, well then Clearwire gets to work with SPRINT instead of Sprint Taking over Clearwire.  There is Billions on Top of Billions Monthly, Yearly at stake here and Andrew D. Moore of the National Agricultural Aviation Association seems to be in on the conspiracy to fraud sharehholders.  Surely Andrew D. Moore of the National Agricultural Aviation Association cannot be doing this knowingly, can he?

seems to flat out say that the DOT and the DoD was not included in Lightsquared Plans, is this True? Is this a Flat Out Lie, or just a little white lie.

Fails to let the Public know that the GPS Industry had 9 years to prepared for this major advancement in technology and the Department of Defense has known for 9 years and was SUPPOSED to prepare for this change.  Almost a decade of time given to change this and now the billions of dollars invested by Harbinger Capital Investors, Philip Falcone Lightsquared are seemingly supposed to be Collateral Damage because of the lack of oversight of the Department of Defense and the Department of Transportation even though they had 9 years of advanced noticed and signed off on this go ahead ?

Clearwire's Craig McCaw has his friends and previous employees on the band wagon to protect the interests of Clearwire and Craig McCaw is, in my opinion, calling in favors with the DOD, the DOT, and as many corporations as he can call in favors and rally in order STOP the FCC approval of Lightsquared and therefore KEEP Sprint in the Mix for Clearwire and avoid a takeover.  The Documents of Proof are obvious, however the public at large don't know this and they are rallying to Save Our GPS, the thing is they are targeting Lightsquared and demanding that their Senators and Congressman STOP Lightsquared when they should be demanding accountability with the DOD, the GPS Industry, the GPS Council, for not doing their part with 9 Years of advanced NOTICE.

The Letter above from Sam Graves and John Barrow talks of history of the GPS, as if the FCC does not know.  Thing is Sam Graves and John Barrow knows that the Department of Defense, the GPS Industry and others have known about this for 9 years so why is Sam Graves and John Barrow speaking out against Lightsquared?  Is Sam Graves and John Barrow connected to Clearwire, Craig McCaw or the Clearwire Cronies Clay Jones, Vance Coffman or James Kirkland?  What Motive does Sam Graves and John Barrow have in writing the above letter to the FCC ?

They act like they are concerned on Costs to GPS Users... this is a Flat Out Lie in Order to stir up the public and get support when in fact they are interested in protecting the GPS Companies, who would REALLY take the cost hit ... NOT the End User... and these Congress Members are Out to help Clearwire, Craig McCaw as well as to STOP fair competition to Clearwire, Verizon and AT&T (which is in part Craig McCaw, as Craig McCaw has a Large Stake in AT&T.

The Lightsquared network will be "Terrestrial", another words there will be no dead spots in theory and add this to current possibly deals with Sprint that adds in Alcatel-Lucent Technology , the Cube Antenna and WOW, we may have the future of no Cell Towers and the Current Billionaires invested in Cell Tower... and well those Rallying Behind Clearwire, Craig McCaw don't want to lose their edge in the market place so they are creating a "circle the wagons" in order to get the FCC to STOP Lightsquared - TRUTH is Clearwire, Craig McCaw and his Cronies Clay Jones, Vance Coffman, James Kirkland and more are simply creating smoke and mirrors to stir up chaos to hold on to their own financial empire.

The End User in the GPS Industry just wants their GPS to work, thing is its the GPS Industry's Problem and Expense.

The GPS Council is failing in letting consumers know that the GPS Industry had 9 years to fix this problem.  And now the GPS Industry is rallying the troops per say to STOP Lightsquared and cost them Billions so that those in the GPS industry do not have to bare the cost of fixing the problem on their end.

This Coalition to Save Our GPS is about saving the GPS Industry MONEY, and it is pressuring the FCC by sheer numbers and force in order to create a false media frenzy to STOP fair competition.

This Coalition to Save Our GPS is creating a Riot per say as they get GPS Consumers worked up, those who ride planes, drive cars, have boats and more all rallied by This Coalition to Save Our GPS in order to pressure the FCC to Stop Lightsquared from Fair Competition with AT&T, Verizon and with Clearwire who is really behind the GPS Riots with James Kirkland's Outspoken Lies in order to save the Financial Interests of Craig McCaw of Clearwire, add that to the agenda of the Deere and Company Board, and Favors at the Department of Defense seemingly pulled by Clay Jones, Rockwell and Vance Coffman - Ex- Lockheed Martin Big Wig.. and well what we have is lots of smoke and mirrors all to Accomplish... Saving GPS Companies Millions on Top of Millions in Change Overs and in Saving Clearwire from Take Over By Sprint, in my "Opinion".

Consumer Frustration is understandable but This Coalition to Save Our GPS is having you pointing you rage, frustration and proverbial fingers at the wrong "bad guy".   If you bought a GPS unit in the last 9 years, the Company should have told you or provided a trade in for an upgrade, and they did not so now they want act in conspiracy with Clearwire to STOP Lightsquared and protect all of their financial interest.

I get emails from GPS Consumers, I Know your frustration, thing is Philip Falcone, Lightsquared is NOT the Problem, the Makers of your GPS is the Problem, they knew.  Demand a Refund, or a Change... you cannot stop a much need competitor and upgrade in the Telecommunication Industry just to save money for major GPS Companies and Whiny Billionaire Craig McCaw of Clearwire ( Who is the REAL Puppeteer of the Fight against Lightsquared )

Truth is if and when Lightsquared gets going, Consumers will have more competitive prices in the Telecommunication Industry as a whole, GPS will be easier, cheaper and Better, Cell Phones and Internet will work EVERYWHERE, with NO Dead Spots and life will be better and cheaper for Consumers.... however the GPS Companies and Clearwire may lose Billions and WHO CARES really, It's how business works right.. Newer.. Better.. Faster.. more efficient and competitive rates is how business is suppose to work....

It is Obvious that Craig McCaw Clearwire is DESPERATE to save Clearwire from take over.  In March the Top Executives Leave Clearwire, WHY?  I mean REALLY Why? eMail me the Real Reason or ANY inside TIp on Clearwire, CLWR, Bill Morrow or Craig McCaw.

It seems to me that Craig McCaw and Clearwire are going down in flames and that the only proverbial smoking gun that Craig McCaw and Clearwire have is the loud mouth of James Kirkland, Trimble Navigations Inc General Counsel that used to be the Clearwire Corporation General Counsel, ad that to the loud mouths of Deere and Company and you get a desperation that WILL one day lead to indictments, criminal investigations, SEC Complaints, Government Fraud Lawsuits and more as it WILL be proven that James Kirkland, Trimble Navigations Inc General Counsel that used to be the Clearwire Corporation General Counsel, Deere and Company, Craig McCaw, Clearwire Corp. and others have indeed acted in conspiracy to manipulate the FCC and control the GPS industry with flat out lies and lack of information ALL to STOP Lightsquared, Philip Falcone from doing business so that Clearwire is not taken over by Sprint and so that CLWR and Craig McCaw can hold on to their position in the Telecommunication Industry.

Bill Morrow is no longer CEO of Clearwire, the wireless broadband company whose backers include Comcast and Time Warner Cable, and the company also announced that chief commercial officer Mike Sievert and chief information officer Kevin Hart are departing.

Clearwire said the executive changes "are not expected to impact the company's progress on an agreement with Sprint to resolve wholesale pricing disputes. Clearwire believes that an agreement with Sprint is imminent."

How far will Clearwire Go to Get Sprint? Craig McCaw is pulling in favors to STOP Lightsquared from Merging with Sprint.

"Clearwire faces a nagging “cash hole in its business plan and Sprint is the only game in town to fill it.” That’s the opinion of New York money manager Pardus Capital whose president, Karim Samii, just wrote a 2,257-word letter to Clearwire interim CEO John Stanton explaining his dissatisfaction with the direction of the Kirkland broadband wireless company."

"Clearwire's First Service Launch in 1999

Starting out, Clearwire offered its service to the two areas that represented the company's geographic background. In March 1999, it launched its first wireless service in Dallas using the unlicensed 2.4-gigahertz (GHz) bandwidth of the radio spectrum.

In August 1999, the company offered its small-business oriented service to customers in Buffalo, using a base station in the city's downtown area that was capable of serving customers within 25 miles of the transmitter.

After releasing its first two systems, Clearwire adopted an expansion strategy more attuned to the advantages offered by wireless service.

Large metropolitan areas such as Dallas were not the ideal locations for Clearwire service. Instead, the company targeted smaller cities, choosing to deploy its service in what were referred to as second- and third-tier cities. In many of these areas, the infrastructure to provide broadband service had not been built; trenches to lay cable needed to be dug, high-speed phone lines needed to be installed.

Clearwire moved into these areas, establishing service in cities such as Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Columbus, Ohio.

As Clearwire began expanding into other markets, the company financed its growth through private investments. The first infusion of capital occurred at the end of 2000, when Dallas-based Cardinal Investments Inc. provided $22 million to help fund the establishment of Clearwire systems in new markets.

A second round of financing occurred in April 2001, when an effort led by Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Liberty Associated Partners L.P. realized a capital injection of $97 million. The funds were earmarked for the development of new transmission equipment that was expected to double Clearwire's existing speed of service.

At roughly the same time Clearwire secured its $97 million in financing, the company brokered an important agreement, one that held particular importance for McCaw's version of Clearwire. During its first years in business, Clearwire operated in the unlicensed 2.4-GHz frequency, which was subject to interference and forced the company to compete with such powerhouses as Sprint and WorldCom for bandwidth. In early 2001, the company signed an agreement to share radio frequencies with the Instructional Television Fixed Service Spectrum Development Alliance (ITFS), a group of instructional television providers allotted bandwidth by the Federal Communications Commission in the 1960s. The agreement allowed Clearwire to lease wireless spectrum in the 2.5- to 2.7-GHz spectrum, giving it access to the frequency rights held by ITFS in roughly 100 cities.

With a fresh infusion of cash and the ability to obtain licenses in scores of markets, Clearwire plotted an ambitious program. The company planned to launch its service in 80 markets, expecting to begin its rollout in 2002, but before the expansion program was implemented, Clearwire stumbled.

In October 2001, just six months after receiving $97 million, the company shut down service in three of its four markets, maintaining its service in Albuquerque. The company laid off 55 of its employees, a cutback that represented 55 percent of its workforce.

Only a cursory explanation was given by Clearwire for its sudden retreat, an episode in the company's development that marked the beginning of the end for the Arlington-based Clearwire Technologies and its later emergence as the McCaw-led, Kirkland, Washington-based Clearwire, Inc. "We felt it was the smart thing to do due to the relative short-term uncertainty in the economy and the telecommunications markets," a Clearwire official said in an October 2001 interview with Dallas Business Journal."
